Paul Jones and Friends 7/1/2020
The third annual Paul Jones and friends charity gig at g live was again a gig to kick out any lingering Christmas blues and get you ready for the new year. Paul jones started proceedings with a solo blues number before Mike Farris an American singer/songwriter rocked the house with a fine set, this was then followed by a polished 5 number set by Colin Blunstone and Rod Argent including say you don't mind, hold you're head up and she's not there, which finished the first set and left the crowd wanting more.
Paul Jones kicked of the second set with king pin before Madeline bell took the stage to rock out a 25 minute set of im gonna make you love me, melting pot and everyday I have the blues . Andy Fairweather Low came on stage with Paul Weller and together they sang knock on wood while Paul Jones join Paul for a rousing version of pretty flamingo.
Andy Fairweather Low came back on to round of the evening with a fun and amusing set of wide eyed and legless/bend me shape me and of course if paradise is half as nice. The evening finished with all the preformers of the night singing go now.
